How we work
Identify
We sit with you, look at how the work actually moves, and tell you what we'd fix first. You get that in writing whether or not you hire us. There is no charge for this.
Build
Fixed scope, fixed price, milestone payments. You see it working before you pay the final instalment. And we don't just hand over a login — we sit with your team, train them on it, and stay until they're using it comfortably. A system your staff can't work isn't finished, no matter how well it's built.
Support and AMC
The first six months are included with every build — so the handover isn't the end, it's the start of us keeping it running. After that, a monthly arrangement, the same idea as the AMC on your machines. Software that nobody maintains is software that breaks.
