A technology studio in the heart of Delhi NCR, working with professional firms, manufacturers, and service businesses — locally, and increasingly wherever the work takes us.
The best businesses were built by hand, one relationship at a time. We don't replace that — we take the repetitive weight off it, so the people who built the business can get back to growing it.
We build three things: websites, office automation, and custom software. We stay responsible for them after they're delivered — because software that nobody maintains is software that breaks, usually at the worst possible moment.

Senior-led by design
Bytesmith is run by Aniruddh Sharan Mangla, with a background in cloud, network, and software engineering, and experience designing and deploying robust AI workflows and automation.
There is no sales team here, and that is on purpose. The person who understands your problem is the person who builds the system and the person who answers when you call about it two years later. Nothing gets lost in a handover, because there isn't one.
We will grow, carefully, and add engineers as the work demands it. What will not change is that you talk to the people doing the work.

Craftsmanship
Built properly the first time, not built fast and patched later. We would rather tell you a realistic date than a comfortable one.
Ownership
Your domain, your hosting, your accounts, your data — registered in your name from day one. We don't hold anything hostage, and we don't disappear after handover.
Straight talk
If a project isn't worth doing, we'll say so. If something we build turns out to be the wrong approach, we'll tell you before you find out yourself. No jargon, no padding, no quotes designed to be misread.
Exclusions
What we don't do
We don't sell websites by the page.
Pricing follows what the site has to achieve, not how many pages it happens to contain.
We don't hold your accounts.
Domain, hosting and email are registered in your name. Leaving is always an option, and it never costs you anything with us.
We don't take work we can't maintain.
If we can't support it properly after delivery, we won't build it in the first place.
We don't quote before we understand the problem.
Anyone who gives you a price over WhatsApp before seeing how you work is guessing, and you will pay for the guess later.

How we work with you
Bytesmith Labs is a registered LLP. Every engagement runs on a written scope, a fixed price, milestone payments, and a proper invoice — so you always know what you're paying for and what you've agreed to.
